The safety technical operation of anode jacking frame
1. before working, blowing the fouling on the bus, re-draw the old line and prepare effect bar.
(1). Operators should be dressed up , prohibit working after drinking.
(2). Before using it, check the insulation equipment, check the busbar frame, and test the grabs, confirm they are normal.
(3). Must have daily maintenance, check whether the screws are loose, prohibit equipment working with sick.
2. Before working, realize the situation of busbar shell, confirm the shell is not waiting for the effect, then it can operate.
3.Before working, check the devices of shell control box and the top of shell, ensure the busbar jacking system is normal.
4. The raising and installing of anode busbar raising frame
(1) Multi-function unit travels to the top of the frame, and check the hooks, wire ropes, stoppers, emergency stop buttons .
(2) connect the compressed air hose of anode jacking frame, and hang the spreader.
(3) operator returns to the safe position, and directs the multi-function unit lift the busbar frame to the upper limit. (50cm higher than the pot shell )
(4) The multi-function unit is driven to the top of busbar riser.
(5) put shell control box to the busbar control state.
(6) Check the wind pressure [If the wind pressure is less than 0.5Mpa, prohibit raising busbar] connect the compressed air, open the hoist fixture.
(7) Slow down the busbar frame, slow down the jacking system along the guide rail, confirm the 32 groups anode rod come into anode clamps, and then down the Anode Busbar frame.When slow down the busbar raising frame , if there is a blockage in the frame,
1), check whether the wind pressure is normal, stop the operation if it is less than 0.5Mpa
2), if it is because of the rod , then adjust the busbar frame cramp, after raising the frame, restore the cramp to the initial state.
(8)confirm the placement of the busbar raising frame is correct, close the compressed air, close the 32 groups anode guide rods on the anode busbar.
5. The work of raising busbar
(1)after the 32 groups anode rods are tighten, use wrench loosen the anode cramp [loose the cramps from both sides of the diagonal direction ].
(2) after the 32 groups anode cramps loosen, operate the switch and raise anode busbar, observe whether the jacking system is normal. If the problem is serious, the operation must be stopped. The electric current can be reduced if it is necessary.
(3) when raising the busbar, if occurs the anode effect, stop the operation, insert the effect bar,  tighten the cramp, and work after the effect goes out.
(4) stop raising the busbar when the distance is 50mm.
(5) pay attention to the contact surface between busbar and guide rod , stop raising the buabar if the spark is serious. The shell voltage can not be higher than 50mv
(6) after raising it, tighten the 32 groups anode cramp, it should be strong, fast and accurate when tightening .
6. The disassembly work of anode jacking system
(1) after raising the busbar, tighten the anode cramp, inflate compressed air, loosen the cramp close the tight cylinder wind, then restore to the non-working state. before raising the jacking system, check the wind pressure is not less than 0.5Mpa, otherwise prohibit continuing the next step
(2) raising the electrolytic aluminum equipment frame slowly, break away from the rods, drive with the raising height is 50cm higher than the pot shell. Can not command the raise and run at the same time.
(3)Wipe off the original chalk line on the anode guide rod, reroute it with a chalk on the contact surface of the busbar and guide rod, check whether the anode is slipping.
(4) test the rods pressure, report it to leader.
(5) After raising, put the busbar raising frame on the platform, people are prohibited to stay and stand behind the hanging things.
(6) close the valve, remove the compressed air hose, release hook head, raising to the upper limit, then the operation is completed.
