Vacuum ladle for taking aluminum melt from electrolyzer

Vacuum ladle for taking aluminum melt from electrolyzer
1.Vacuum Ladle Description
As a transfer equipment for metallurgical industry, vacuum ladle is a larger sealed container with steel shell lined with refractory material. Relying on its own negative pressure generating system, it can generate a certain degree of vacuum in the ladle to extract and transfer the finished smelting liquid from cell, such as aluminum, magnesium and other metals.

2.Vacuum Ladle Structure
Vacuum ladle is mainly composed of suctorial aluminum tube, jet exhauster, gearing, and heat insulation layer. The ladle is designed into detachable headed column and structure just like teapot ladle, with input and output on both sides. Making the ladle lift and transport convenient, and the heat loses slowly. It can be operated by manual or electrically-operated. The two modes can be interconvertibled with a clutch ,which assure the liquid aluminum can be poured out in emergency.

3.Vacuum Ladle Features
1.the cover will never become deformed by reason of vaulting.
2.UI trasonic Test, make sure the ladle is secured in use.
3.The new design jet exhauster, make sure it work as usual at 3000km altitude above areas.
4.The close device is handy and good airtight.
5.Excellent parts, both materials and processing technology.

4.Vacuum Ladle Application
The aluminum ladle is mainly used for transportation of molten aluminum. It can also be used for transportation of other non-ferrous metals.
