Features
Automatic anode busbar frame has a broken wind hold function, use gas lock cylinder, the guide rod bar and the top of it are clamping, they all use spring force, it can avoid the lack of pressure and lead to ignition, damage screw hooks, and other security risks.
The mechanism in the process of raising the anode busbar frame is at a state of no gas, use spring elastic force to tighten the aluminum guide rod and Anode Busbar, avoid the security incident when raising the anode busbar.
Install an anode cramp on every anode grab, use automatic wrench to tighten the anode cramp. The wrench is driven by a pneumatic wrench, ensure tightness consistency. According to the actual needs it can adjust the size of the tightening torque, make the guide rod and the busbar contact closer, thereby reducing the pressure of the busbar, make the anode current evenly distributed, the pot shell is stable, improve current efficiency, it has energy saving and emission reduction.
A large capacity tank is installed in the top of the frame and install many booster pumps (DVG02 1200L / min), they meet the system rated working pressure and flow, ensure that the process of raising the busbar is stable and safe.

In an aluminum smelter usually we find several hundred pot, housed in one or more large buildings called potrooms. Inside the potroom the cells are electrically connected in series. This means that the cathode of a cell is connected with the anode rod of the next cell downstream. The electrical connection of one cell to the next one is made with a complicated system of aluminum bars with cross sectional areas suitable to transport the so high currents used with minimum voltage drops. In the most recent smelters the cells are arranged in a side by side configuration, which makes easier to lessen the adverse effects of the magnetic fields. There are two primary technologies using the Hall–Héroult process: Söderberg technology and prebake technology. In Söderberg or self-baking anodes using cells, there is a single anode per electrolysis cell  Aluminum smelter equipment . The anode is in a frame and as the bottom of the anode turns mainly into CO2 during the electrolysis the anode loses mass and being amorphous it slowly sinks within its frame. More material to the top of the anode is continuously added in the form of briquettes made from coke and pitch. The lost heat from the smelting operation is used to bake the briquettes into the carbon form required for reaction with alumina. This baking process in Söderberg anodes during electrolysis releases more carcinogenic PAHs and other pollutants than electrolysis with prebaked anodes and partially for this reason prebaked anodes using cells have become more common in aluminum industry. The beam of the anode busbar jacking frame is the load-bearing beam in the process of anode busbar raising, the deflection deformation of the beam is required to be small when supporting the anode weight, to decrease the position of anode.
